You see these people that come in and they’re completely broken down as beings — their Oxford Capacity Analysis (OCA) test scores are awful. They come in, do one or two introductory courses and their OCA test scores totally flip around to the top half and here you completely salvage somebody. I mean that is the reward for living, when you can save somebody’s life or salvage them. Whatever they need, whether it’s the next step on The Bridge or an ethics handling etc., that’s the whole pay for living, is that you now see this person and he’s winning, he’s able to handle life better. I mean there’s nothing else on the planet that’s even near to that kind of feeling.
